I am a mindset coach and a changemaker. I facilitate transformation for anyone ready to make lasting changes in their lives.

My work quickly gets to the root of the problem - which is the key to creating lasting change. The tools and techniques that I use are powerful and efficient. Clients find it fascinating and liberating as they unlock greater confidence, happiness and clarity in all areas of their life.

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Hearthealing® to help my clients make positive life changes. I welcome all who are open to change to reach out to me. I can help you achieve freedom from self-sabotage, addictions, anxiety, weight issues, and issues related to trauma.

I am delighted to bring positive energy, comfort, and healing to all aspects of a client’s life. I am here to help clients live to their potential, teaching them the power of the mind and supporting them in cultivating a healthy relationship with themselves.
